Temporary employment indicates a tripartite employment relationship, in which the Agency signs an assignment agreement with the user (client), and an employment contract with the employee. 

As an Agency, W2GS has the obligation to register employees with all competent authorities (in accordance with the Labour Act and all other legal acts and bylaws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union), perform all administrative tasks related to employment, calculation and payment of salaries to employees as well as payment of all taxes and contributions for the employee and employer, search and select of workers, replace workers who prove to be inappropriate, train employees in safe work practices and other forms of training in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (depending on the contractual conditions).

 

We guarantee for the services provided

We offer a 60-day selection and mediation services guarantee, we continuously evaluate and monitor the work of assigned employees. By entering into an assignment contract, employers are relieved from various costs such as payroll, education and selection, training, HR administration management, etc. In addition to reducing costs, employers gain various advantages through temporary employment, such as increased efficiency and follow-up of the employee’s career by the Agency.

Agency employees are the employees of the W2GS Agency, not employees of the user (client). W2GS offers the employment of new employees, it can take over the existing employees of the client or those who work through another agency.
