Agency workers are entitled to equal treatment with regards to basic working and employment conditions, based on the EU Directive on temporary agency work.

- the name of the employing undertaking and the nature of its business,
- the expected date of start of work and its duration,
- details of job position, type of work and the location,
- your working hours,
- all health and safety risks, and how you will be protected,
- what experience and training you need to perform tasks confidently and independently,
- salary amount, salary supplements and any other benefits offered by the employing undertaking,
- specification of other costs paid in your favour.
