Agency workers are entitled to equal treatment with regards to basic working and employment conditions, based on the EU Directive on temporary agency work.

  • the name of the employing undertaking and the nature of its business,
  • the expected date of start of work and its duration,
  • details of job position, type of work and the location,
  • your working hours,
  • all health and safety risks, and how you will be protected,
  • what experience and training you need to perform tasks confidently and independently,
  • salary amount, salary supplements and any other benefits offered by the employing undertaking,
  • specification of other costs paid in your favour.
