Temporary employment indicates a tripartite employment relationship, in which the Agency signs an assignment agreement with the user (client), and an employment contract with the employee.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As an Agency, W2GS<\/strong> has the obligation to register employees<\/strong> with all competent authorities (in accordance with the Labour Act and all other legal acts and bylaws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union), perform all administrative tasks<\/strong> related to employment, calculation and payment of salaries to employees as well as payment of all taxes and contributions for the employee and employer, search and select of workers, replace workers who prove to be inappropriate, train employees in safe work practices<\/strong> and other forms of training in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (depending on the contractual conditions).<\/span><\/p>\n
